I would suggest to use multiselect grid instead. See Cetin's sample in Download section or new version in FoxyClasses. Listbox doesn't work well with this number of items. The maximum number for VFP6.0 multiselect listboxes is 100 items, then they start to behave flanky... BTW, this class already has Incremental Search implemented.
