New NT server 4.0 sp3 set up for SQL server(6.5 w/ sp3). Most users are netware, so NDS for NT beta was installed as well for ease of user management. When a 95 client user (logged into the domain) tries to change domain password from Cntrl panel/Password, the NT server gets application error with Lsass.exe. I cannot shutdown the server, or go into Event viewer once this has happened. I can log out, then physically power off the server. After reading knowledgebase article Q154087, I thought the lsa-fix/hotfix would correct this problem, but it hasn't. Any suggestions? I did not update any symbol files when I loaded the service pack. I don't know if that is related to my problem.
