URGENT

Before running some process I switched to command window and did SET COVERAGE to DDDD.log Now I'd like to analyze these results. What should I do? I tried to run Tools/Converage Profiler, but at some point it could not find a file (this file was created by this proccess and deleted), I hit Cancel, then answered "Yes" on the last question. Does it create some DBF file? Where it is?
