Does anyone know if there is a way to create an object that will be available/open as long as a connection exists? I can create the object and instantiate it but have unable to figure out how to make it stay alive after the stored procedure is finished. What I am trying to do is instantiate an object as each user logs into my application and have that object hold information that is pertinent to them; such as login id, access level, etc.

Is there a way to do this? And if anyone can point me in the direction of some good information on objects and such I would much appreciate it!
