I am trying to run a html file when the user puts in a cd. I am trying to use the autorun.inf file to fire it. Is that correct?

This is the code in the inf file:
[autorun]
open="C:\PROGRA~1\Plus!\MICROS~1\iexplore.exe" %default%\subdir\file.htm

I get an error message or IE hangs trying to find "http://subdir/file.htm" or says "cannot display page".

The file is located on the CD in a subdirectory.
