Is there a way with Fox's Report Writer to dynamically control the size of a memo field?

Currently, I have an old report form that prints a memo field, and always takes up the same amount of space per record on the form. It looks amateurish, with large white spaces between records where the memo field is unused or barely used.

Is there a way around this? Should I seek a third party report writer?
