>I allready have a running application, in which i now need to put some functionality to the right click for all the forms. For instanse a shortcut menu in order to put in it some options common to all the forms. This is impossible to do it in the right click event of the form since i don know whether there is in all the forms space for the user to click. But the caption is always available, so it will be the perfect place to put a functionality common to all the form when the user click on it

Dimitris,

Besides the sound advice Vlad gave you, maybe you could consider this: the purpose you're describing seems to be better answered to through the general application menu (assuming there is one). If the MS UI guidelines are to be followed I suppose right-click originated menus should allways have a related entry in the app menu (hidden control features - such as right-clicking in non-targeted areas or keyboard shortcuts - are directed solely to power users; ordinary users should have access to simpler and visible ways of controlling your applications).
