Will do.
I reduced the video resolution to 8x6 and the refresh to 60Hz. Part of the problem went away. Looks that might part of the solution/problem.
Talked to Sys Admin about new video cards but I didn't get good answer.
Sys Admin also tried VFP7 with WXP. Everything seemed to work there, and he's got the fastest machine in house. He's checking to see if the programmers can get upgraded(?) to WXP as an easy(!) solution.
