According Webster.com – to badger is “to harass or annoy persistently”.

I'm no lawyer, but I guess the question then becomes "Which point of view determines the existence of badgering - the view of the 'badgerer' or the view of the 'badgeree' ... "

(I do, of course, realize that those two words do not exist in the english language)

I had problems with is statements regarding whether my suggestions were detrimental to the marketing efforts of the team. If you are going to cite what Ken said, please quote the whole statement.
