I’m still working on the subtleties of VFP7 and attempted using the spell checker within the program editor. Oddly I am unable to find it anywhere. I have reinstalled VFP7 and still nothing.

I looked at _SPELLCHK System Variable in help and is suggests: “By default, _SPELLCHK is unassigned. You can use a spelling checking program by providing the program name and its path in _SPELLCHK. Once you specify a program programmatically or in the File Locations tab of the Tools, Options menu, access the program with the DO command as in the following sample.”

I look in the Tools, Options menu and there isn’t a file type/location for spelling.

What am I missing?
