I can't give you the specifics because I don't have them. However, I know of one company here that had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Oracle and Oracle's developer tools. Turns out the tools were very difficult to work with, the apps ran very slowly, and the Oracle dba and support was a big ongoing cost. They have replaced all that with MS SQL Server and VFP and are very happy.
