It might not be the site; it may be the port. VFUG.ORG is being handled via DNS2GO (the dynamic IP address hoster) and they are using port 91 to send requests through. It may be that whoever is not getting VFUG, their firewall blocks this port.
It could also be that the redirection takes so long that many browsers are simply timing out.
