I does not mean that they cannot use Recompile ALL option at all, they can if they want to recompile all project. But they have to remember that the code in the classlib is gone after recompiling, and they need to replace the classlib from the spare copy. After that they finally can compile EXE with Recompile ALL option unchecked.
