Unfortunately, the report does not necessarily include a fixed number of 'labels'. Sometimes, if the memo text is short or other 'print when' items are supressed, there may be 6 or even 8 on a page. FoxPro LABELS (as opposed to REPORTS), as far as I know, dont offer float/stretch etc. The real problem is that these are not fixed size reports. I am beginning to suspect that it can't be done - unless we opt for fixed size and thus waste paper on the shorter ones. But if anyone knows how to get round this .... I'd be v. happy.
