That is really frustrating. There was no warning about a minimum length. My summary was sufficient even if it wasn't 250 characters, it was not clear that the post wasn't made, and the back key took my to a blank page so I couldn't recover my text. (Not to mention there is no easy way to tell my summary _is_ 250 characters without using word or some other tool with char count. Of course I _will_ do this in future so I don't lose my efforts.)
