I seem to have a problem with one particular screen. It's a screen that allows users to enter new employees. When there are more than one user accessing that screen simultaneously, the record is locked (on a blank record waiting for input). Instead of making the primary index key primary, the problem of adding more than one blank record goes away. Yet we're still experiencing "Attemping to lock..." so I coded ON ERROR to unlock it, it seems to help. Now with that, the RETURN 0 in child's text boxes VALID event doesn't work anymore. What can I do to remedy this problem for a multi-user environment?
