I've been using standard Windows ftp.exe in programs to automatically upload fresh copies of a number of files to a remote web server. My Company has recently installed a network with a firewall which requires Passive Mode for files to be transferred. Ftp.exe will not handle this, although I can manually transfer files using WS_FTPLE.
