Thanks for the replies. I build the exe using the Project "Build" command button and as far as I know I have not specified compression anywhere. Would anyone know where the "compression" option is set so I can check? As far as WinZip goes, I have always used "normal" compression with no problems. The only thing that changed from one build to the next was the size of the exe file. The people at WinZip assured me there was no limit to the size of an exe file.
