I´ve experienced some problems with MonthView bound to a field... for instance, if you´re navigating on a table that has the date field filled, everything works fine... but if you have an empty field in some record, an error is generated, telling that the value is out of the range of the control...

I remember that I did some workaround, but don´t remember which was... just be aware of it.
