Hi!

Thanks Cetin. This cause me to search in another direction. If you're interested - the solution was following:

I did figured out that I can display XLS file in the MS WEB Browser control. Instead of WEB page IE displays just Excel sheet! This allows a simple scrolling and editing that is required for users just on the VFP form. And no weird things with auto-resizing!
