It looks like in VFP7 this bug appears too. See Thread #561359.
Marcia, can you describe the EXACT conditions of when this bug appears? I suppose it is related to data environment. This is because I did never used data environment and did never experiensed this bug.

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
