Class C1 and C2 is in different project (i mean, in different COM EXEs). If class C2 is not OLEPUBLIC, how can C1 (in VFPCOM1.exe) create object of C2 (in VFPCOM2.exe)?.

I think the problem is somewhere else.

If you have time, try that snippet code on Win2k server. Then, create objects of C1 from clients (running on other computers. Then ,call C1.GetMyObject() , you will see an error message.
