Dodi,

Biggest slow down for you will (I think) be the ram.. servers love memory the more the better.

If you're working to a budget then that's the cheapest & easiest thing to upgrade.

Because the server is just dishing out data not actually processing sql statements, the processor can be of a lower spec (But 133 is a little too slow to be honest)

There is a topic on stuff like this on the Wiki.. basically talking about ways to make your app go faster.
