That is not my take < s >. This is from the original post in this thread:

I created a pageframe class and placed several grids on the different pages so I can see where the record pointers are in each of the tables. I've also hard coded the ColumnCount and RecordSource in each of the grids and set the ControlSource for each column.

Perhaps it only occurs when the grid class is on a page in a pageframe.

Unfortunately, I am rather busy at the moment getting my sessions ready for GLGDW and the Frankfurt Devcon. I am also in the middle of writing another book. If I get some spare time, I will try to investigate further.
