Give us 6 or 7 months and perhaps there'll be ears capable of listening to what you're saying. For the moment, there's a cowboy mentality that is intolerant of any thinking beyond simple retaliation. The notion of "waken the giant" will continue to include the "waken the giant baby"-types for a while. Eventually, flag sales will return to their previous numbers.
Incidentally, thank God for the BBC (CBC too).
