C05 -- are you running VFP 6 SP3 or 7. If not, if you can update you'll almost eliminate these.

fox.wikis.com is an excellent resource for issues like this. Check out this which is almost a case study: http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFPCorruption~VFP. A likely issue in cases like this: bad network card.
