>I could have sworn that there used to be a document (somewhere *g*) on Microsoft's site that was a graphical guide for apps. It had the recommended sizes for dialog buttons, the distance between them, the distance controls should be from the edges of a screen, etc. Any idea if it was removed or where it might be buried?

- Go to msdn.microsoft.com/library.
- One of the options on the left is "User Interface Design and Development"
- Drill down to "Windows User Interface" > "Books" > "The Windows User Experience"
