How about free? We include the Spanish resource file with English VFP7. The bits written in VFP (Object Browser, Class Browser, etc.) will still be in English, but the rest of the IDE will be in Spanish. Point to Spanish resource file by using the -L startup switch.

I do not know the pricing for cross-language purchases. My guess is that you'll have to buy the full version, since it's not really an upgrade.

Hmm, for that you'll have to buy the Spanish version. I checked http://msdn.microsoft.com/spain/msdn, and there's no Spanish version of the MSDN library online.

If you use the Spanish resource file, all of those will be in Spanish.
