The error you mentioned is generated when you run a code that try to access "thisform" from some object outside of the form and from the code that is running in PRG or other place. For example, it can happen when you add object to the form using other way than AddObject/NewObject methods of the form (by using createobject() function and assigning grid object to the form's property) or something like that. Though I wondered. Try to figure out the exact code line where error happened using debugger. Then see the Call Stack - how that code is called. Maybe this will help you to find what is wrong.
