I have recently done that, but only for languages with latin characters.
Generate your menu.
Edit the MPR file. Change constants to variables.
Load variables from fields in a DBF, or from a table.
After this, you should not generate your menu again, since this will overwrite your edited MPR-file (to be safe, rename your MPR).
