I have a table with some numeric fields with occasional asterisks in the fields meaning numeric overflow occurred. How can I search for numeric overflow asterisks and change those field values from asterisks to zeroes. I want to do a replace all one field at a time. I know how to do REPLACE ... ALL FOR ..., but it didn't work to specify MYTABLE.FIELD1 = "*" or MYTABLE.FIELD1 = whatever. What belongs after the equal sign to specify numeric overflow character? Thanks very much!
