The better way to handle errors in VFP apps is to let the class/objects handle their errors, or pass them up the class chain, until someone can handle the passed error.

Jim Boot did a class on Framework design at Devcon, so maybe he will jump in on this thread.. Most frameworks follow this idea of error handling..
