?All the fxp's on your hard drive? LOL... See my response to Jon. And I had already checked the atributes and deleted Utility.fxp and insured that there were no other Utility.prg/fxp in my path. I bet it I spent 20 hours on this I could find out why - but my wife wants me to keep those cards and checks coming... Maybe one night when I can't sleep and there's nothing in the house to read and I've already seen all the infomercials and my toenails are already clipped....
