I use Mike Helland's mhHTMLCode utility, which you can download here on UT. It's a nice piece of work.

FWIW, I use it with a little wrapper program I wrote and hung off my Tools menu, which gives me one-click output to _cliptext from which I can easily paste it into a reply.
