I put these in [SystemFolder], for me c:\winnt\system32

then run foxhhelp7 /regserver

I've heard that you can put these files in the [CommonFolder]\Microsoft Shared\VFP and don't need to foxhhelp7 /regserver but haven't tried that out yet.
