Did you install Fast Computers Patch mskb#Q240982?

>I have a FPW26a application that does not come up after installing Windows 2000. Windows 2000 was installed over Windows 98, with the system virtually remaining intact. We have tried to reinstall the application. We have checked the shortcut properties to make sure all is correct. We have logged on as an adminstrator. We have tried another FPW26a application and installed to a different directory, both of which failed.
