You may just study the original Gendbc created code to see where it uses the .krt file and run only those parts without actually re-creating all the tables. You may do with a copy of the .prg where all the Create Table commands would be commented out and replaced with Use {table} Exclusive, and the Create Database replaced with Open Database {name} Exclusive. Backup first.
