Even if you added a scrollbar to the _screen, it wouldn't scroll.

What you can do, is to make a container big enough (bigger than your form or _screen, wherever you may want to put it, but form would be recommended), and a scrollbar ActiveX. As the value in the scrollbar changes, the .top property of your container can change, taking negative values as needed, with the net effect of the container being scrolled within the form. All your controls (except the scrollbar) would be in the container.
