If I understand your question correctly

then you're after a form resizing class.. where you can get your form to expand to the current windows screen resolution.
Have a look in the downloads section there are a few different samples.. search on "resize"

If on the other hand you want to change the windows screen resolution (ie from 1024x786 to 800x600) then please don't!.. I as a user hate it when an application forces me to work in a resolution that I don't want.
