Hi!
Once (I do not remember how) I catched an offending file name in a status bar (or a status window?) in process of compiling project - do not remember with which setting you can switch on such displaying, probably SET STATUS BAR ON, SET TALK ON and SET NOTIFY ON.
If no luck, try following:
Make a simple program that opens a PJX file as a dbf, scan its records and check for each file if it is read-only. In addition, check if you have proper access rights to all files for modification.
Just a suggestion: this error can happen if VCX is corrupted. So in above process try also to compile each module independently and see what happens. Each file type has its own COMPILE command.
HTH.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs
It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
