I had a corrupt software hive on my Win2K primary development machine - it was a real PITA to resolve. Now, my SQL server 2000 machine has the same problem - different hardware, etc!
Is it possible something is going on here? A bad update from MS, or some other corruption? Once is a quirk, but two in one month is downright suspicious!
TIA
Michael
