According to my information Andrew Forber released the DZPATCH.PRG (internally FixFox.PRG), on 8/20/98, and the .EXE version came out on 10/29/98. It's interesting to note, that when you compare a "fixed" .EXE or .ESL with this program and also the official MS variant, the image is identical.
