By non-AD I meant not using the Active Directory (another option for storing queues I think I read that in the Win2K MSMQ dox). I was guesstimating that behind the scenes the MSMQ service(s) were doing OLEDB to any kind of data source and since VFP7 has an OLEDB provider....

Just wondering. Thanks for responding.

>I'm not sure I understand your question (what is non-AD?) but I have never seen anything on changing the native queues in MSMQ. MSMQ uses SQL Server as the data store in the Primary Enterprise Controller and I'm sure you can't change that.

>You can certainly build a system to move data into a VFP table using MSMQ as the transfer medium, really works great when you're moving critical data on a not-so-reliable network. I've not presonally used VFP for this but I have used SQL Server.
