I think I am going to turn off AllowEdgePan. We are currently figuring out how far we are going to let the customer pan and zoom in/out. Currently we are using fairly reliable hard coded, relative numbers. As the user pans in and out it adjusts how far they can pan. The one thing I thought about using was territories, but it doesn't look like there is a way to validate a viewable portion of a map to a territory. To see if, for example, the territory is on the current view of the map. We have a POS System, and the users (if given a chance) will Zoom out and see where Kabul is.

Once again, I appreciate any help.
