Yes the function has the tendency to return same value on fast machines as the code is executed in the same milisecond (it is somthing similar to what one of the FP function has for unique value). The reason for putting this loop is that when ever a same value is returned the loop should execute again to get another and so on till a different id is returned

The main thing is why is the string compariion failing??? That is my main concern.
