I do not know the proper way, but it seems for me that parameters for WEB pages are passed other way than in your second link. For example, there should not be 2 "?". "?" should separate URL from parameters only. Parameters are separated one from another by "&". Parameters are passed as "ParamName=value". For example:

....search.microsoft.com/default.asp?qu=VFP&so=RECCNT&......
