No. My results form is a non-updatable cursor of just those records that met the user's search criteria. Once they select a record to edit, I pass the PK of that record to my editing form where I open an updatable view parameterized with the PK value that returns just that 1 record. All these forms use private DS as well.
>Your results form must be the data entry form? My query form includes a grid, allowing the user to see the results, but only return one record (PK) to the DE form. I suppose I can show the grid, and set the properties after the cursor is returned.
