I have a person here who has need of the following if someone could help:

I'm looking for a Web based application that will support Chat and Whiteboard(or image sharing/changes) capability over SSL(port 443). This application must also identify via authentication the persons in the chat I am talking to and prevent people from joining the chat that have not been invited. The Whiteboard capability requirement is to be able to pull up a image or word document and allow all or one to modify and update all joined in.

What I am hoping to accomplish is to put a web server inside my firewall/DMZ that would allow multiple people from the Internet to authenticate into and start a chat/collaboration with people on my intranet.
