How about converting that to UTC (=GMT)? I think this would be easier to convert for an international audience. I, at least, don't know the US timezones, but I know how many hours I have to subtract from UTC to get Bolivian time.
Also, I suspect the original idea of the "Availability" section was so you could tell your availability for jobs.
