The reason I thought about "availability for jobs", when filling out this section, and didn't even consider the other possibility ("availability on the UT"), is that when editing the account setup, "Availability" comes right after other sections which looked to me like advertising myself to potential employers: Articles, Speaking experience, Projects, Companies, Software and Hardware Experience.
